Born and raised in the heart of South Texas—San Antonio and Poteet—Gary Goetz brings a unique blend of discipline, tech-savviness, and people-first energy to the real estate world. After serving nine years in the U.S. Navy and completing two overseas deployments, Gary transitioned to civilian life with degrees in Computer Science and Theater Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word—a combination that reflects both his analytical mindset and creative edge.

Gary launched his real estate career in 2018 in Augusta, GA then continued in 2023 in San Antonio as a title representative, quickly earning a reputation in the San Antonio market for empowering agents with modern farming and luxury listing strategy consulting. He took on a groundbreaking opportunity in February 2025 as the first employee and Chief of Agent Partnerships at New Home Buddy—a game-changing platform that helps agents unlock the new construction market with ease.
